Fundado en 2020 la cooperativa rural Nachi Cocom surge como una oportunidad para aprovechar de manera racional los recursos culturales y naturales tan preciados de la comunidad de Sotuta, así como para fortalecer la identidad la propia localidad, compartir su valor histórico, pero sobretodo, el estilo de vida de sus pobladores.
